Your Electronic-Gift card will be e-mailed right away to your inbox after successfully completing your purchase online.

Redeeming a gift card is really simple:

1. Select the product or service you would like to purchase
2. Add it to your shopping basket
3. When you have finished shopping, continue to checkout.
4. When prompted on on the payment page enter the Gift card code
5. If your order exceeds the amount on the gift card, you must pay the outstanding balance with other accepted payment methods
6. If you don’t spend all your gift card, your account will be in credit for your next purchase.

Terms and Conditions

1. Gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
2. Gift card is neither a credit, charge or cheque guarantee card.
3. No change will be given but the balance can be used against further purchases
4. Lux Photo cannot be held liable for cards, once activated which are subsequently lost, stolen, damaged or any credit amounts on the cards. This includes funds used without your knowledge.
5. Gift cards and unused portions of the gift cards expire 12 months after the date of activation.
